task manager button disabled

Hi
my computer hasn't been connected to the internet for 2 days but when I plugged everything back in, I ended up with a black desktop with the words WARNING flashing telling me I had a virus, a window popped up form the bottom right corner saying I needed to run a virus scan - taking you to Antivirusxppro.com web site, I cannot bring up my task manager as it is disabled and when I go to desktop themes it's installed a new image which is the black screen with the warning sign, I cannot change the desktop image as it has hijacked this as well. I have run malwarebytes anti virus complete scan and the log is as attached.
