I run windows XP pro and my network connections will not let me disable/enable any connections. When i click on disable nothing happens.
Furthermore as of recent times when i have been playing games such as call of duty 2 my ping on servers has shot up to 100ms when they are usually between 30-40ms on the same server.

ive also noticed since my network connections hasnt been able to disable connections my ms paint and all games such as solitaire etc have disappeared from my system completely. It just seems as if something is up.

thanks

You may want to take this issue to the Malware forum. You may have something more going on.
