I'm afraid, you may have some problem with video chip, itself. In laptop's case, it's not good.

I've never seen "hard disk skipped because of invalid returned LogSense data" message before, but your laptop is definitely running hot.
You can imagine what happens when you try to run video. Most likely, the temps got very close to the max temps, which depending on your Turion model, are listed at 95-97C.
I bet, it's your problem.
Start with getting a can of compressed air, and clean well all vents.
