Hi G2G

Im experiencing this when i turn my PC on.

Everything seems fine and when u try to click on anything it doesnt work.

When you move the cursor to the blue bar at the bottom it turns into the egg timer.

I hope some can help me ridicule this really annoying problem

try booting into safe mode...what happens then...
have you recently added any new hardware or software...how about updating windows or any other software...
