A friend of mine has started up a new (ish)business,he brought his computers(2)1 in reception,1 in office,over the past week has had problems with internet connection,cannot turn off and reboot,only at weekend,all files backed up but when i first looked at it suggesting basic de-frag,chkdsk etc,found system license key oem,stating hp compaq.Person he brought computer of has told him,it is an acer power f5,both monitors are acer,but no markings front or back on computers,wanted to d/load belarc,sysinspector or diagnostic cd, but with no access to i/net on his,advised change isp first,this however does not stop the problem of comp getting worse by the day and the loss of files very possible and damaging to the extreme,will d/load certain progs for him take discs down and back up all files to them,is their anything else i can do that wont damage his system any further?
