Hi, I followed the instructions posted by greyknight17. When I got to the step that instructed me to download http://www.greyknigh.../CWShredder.exe I strated to run it then got the message "A required .DLL file, OLEACC.DLL was not found" What do I do? Please help.

someone else with the soma problem was asked to run hijackthis, I did that and here is what I got
