Sid Problem

Hello, When I came home my computer was ok but I decided to restart cause it was on a couple of nights. When It came on the logon screen The administrators accounts disappeared ALL OF THEM. Except for the guest account I can't do anything. They said You can turn on uac with msconfig, cmd. I tried all of that it says acces denied then I found out the Run as administrator but when i do it , the ok button is blocked and it says to continue type the administrators passwords, where do I type it. BTW there is no password for admins accounts. I need help. I don't have a windows vista Cd I bought windows vista online. Because my xp had a Windows attacker so i had to upgrade PLEASE HELP ME. Thanks.

Anyways its something with SID I want to get back. Im so confused I tried everything please Help I don't want to lose this computer.
