I tried to install a driver for my external video card the other day, and I could never get it to install. Even after trying the one from the manufactures web site. Today I try to print a document (tried several different programs) and I got this message " before you perform print related tasks you must install a printer." All of my printers a installed and I can't even try to reinstall, the set up just doesn't work.

PLEASE HELP!!!!! I can't work until I fix this!!!!!! You guys are great, hope you can help... thanx!!

Are your printers actually installed?
Do they show up in printers and faxes?

Can you uninstall and then try a reinstall?
Have you tried a system restore to the time before the problem?
