I tried to install a driver for my external video card the other day, and I could never get it to install. Even after trying the one from the manufactures web site. Today I try to print a document (tried several different programs) and I got this message " before you perform print related tasks you must install a printer." All of my printers a installed and I can't even try to reinstall, the set up just doesn't work.

PLEASE HELP!!!!! I can't work until I fix this!!!!!! You guys are great, hope you can help... thanx!!

Hi Bobby. I'm new here so nothing I say is absolutely cannon, however I do know that we aren't supposed to post the Hijack this logs in this part of the forum, we're to post the problem, and our system specs and post the Hijack this log only when asked too.

I found that in the FAQ section. I don't mean to be bossy, just trying to be helpful! :)

Thanks for the heads up. I looked for the FAQ, where exactly did you find it?

Please go to the malware forum and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE.

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum.
