Sounds to me like the popups are causing the problem.
If you have anti-spyware and anti-virus applications, then update them and run a scan; if not, I'd suggest you use these (free) programs.
Anti-Spyware
#1: Lavasoft Adware
#2:Microsoft Anti-spyware Beta
Anti-Virus
#1: avast! 4 Home Edition Download
#2: Anti-Vir Personal Edition
Once you have downloaded them (at least one of each), update them, and run scans.

I tried the new spy ware, anti virus, but they do not stop the Server Busy message with pop ups. What is the Server Busy message?

The server busy error means that something else is hogging your computers resources -- the Popups. I still think you haven't removed all spyware from your computer. What Operating System are you running? Do you have a firewall installed on your computer? Please start your computer in 'Safe Mode with Networking', connect to the internet, and then browse for a while -- do you still get the error message? If you do not, then this means that it is the spyware on your computer causing the problem, and you will need to take further steps to ensure that it is removed.
Before you run any further scans, please ensure that 'System Restore' is disabled.
Another program that you can download and scan with is CCleaner.
Please ensure that your Windows system has the latest Updates.
