WINDOWS keeps crashing

HI

am new to this but it seems like i been down on luck when it comes to computers lately first my laptop got malware which someone on the site is helping me with and now my desktop keeps crashing.

it is displaying the following message;

a problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

technical information:

if anyone know how to fix this your help would greatly be appriciated

Download, and install WhoCrashed: http://www.resplende...rashedSetup.exe
Open it, click Analyze button.
WhoCrashed will create report.
Copy, and paste it into your next reply.

an yes am still having this problem should i download that who crashed me program? i reformated everything from the c drive and its still happening i dont know what to do

Yes, please, but...
...since you formatted, you should be aware, that IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL error is often caused by bad RAM, or/and overheating.

Run it overnight if possible.

1. I still would like to see WhoCrashed report.
2. Those SpeedFan temperatures are from when computer idles?
3. Are you planning on running memtest?

yes those are the temps from when it is in idle and when its bein used they go up a few degree celsuis. i could get the memory test to run i don't know how to run it i tried severl times but most of the ones i downloaded said i ha d to choose an program to run it from

I guess, you didn't read memtest manual carefully enough. Memtest creates bootable CD. It doesn't need any program to run it.
You also didn't answer my first question.
