Basically i have two problems.

1. my cod uo is causing me to ping to 999 then down to 50 then shoots back up to 999 causing me major spikes. i am running vista unfortunatly i only say that because cod uo worked fine on my xp comp and there seems to be no vista patch for cod 1

2. recently my punkbuster is kicking me saying my punk buster b is not working properly.

Basically im sure vista is the fault here has any 1 got a clue hwo to solve it as im sure many people have had thsi problem.
