Switching Hard Drives Boots PLEASE HELP!

I have 2 hard drives on my computer. The second one (D drive), is destroyed, and if I go into it or use files on it, my computer hard freezes. For some apparent reason, my computer boots off of this hard drive, which is causing many problems. I would like to switch the booting to my primary hardrive. Any suggestions?

Im running Vista Ultimate 64 bit.

Do you have 2 seperate operating systems installed? One and C: and one on D: ? Or do you need to move OS from D: to C: ?
