I am wondering if I can have McAfee's personal firewall and the Windows Firewall on at the same time? I tried looking that up on their site but didn't find reference to it. I have Windows XP SP3.

Also, what about Norton AV and Windows Firewall?

Running two firewalls at the same time is possible, but not recommended. It's kind of like trying to drive down a car down the road with the handbrake on.
You'll be prompted by McAfee/Norton to turn off the Windows firewall.
