how can I make a small basic 3D game. Not exactly like runescape but how do i get the programs for the creation

Here game I found that in the same idea of what I want to create

To make a small game like that could take months, not because of the actual scripting, but because you have to learn some programming languages and also make the graphics. If you want to take a shortcut you can try 3d gamestudio at http://www.3dgamestudio.com . But you'll still need to learn some C scripting.
