Deleting folders

My kids are always dowloading crap off the internet, but when I get onto the computer and try and clean things up a lot of the useless folders that I try and delete keep coming up with an access denied window. Is there any way to get around this and get rid of all the rubbish? :tazz:

restart the comp in DOS command and delete them that way...for info on DOS commands see www.computerhope.com/msdos.htm. gl

Are you the only one with admin privilges on that computer, and logged in as admin?

go into safe mode

goto run then type in msconfig then click safe mode

u should then be able to delete the files
