My kids are always dowloading crap off the internet, but when I get onto the computer and try and clean things up a lot of the useless folders that I try and delete keep coming up with an access denied window. Is there any way to get around this and get rid of all the rubbish?

Are you the only one with admin privilges on that computer, and logged in as admin?

go into safe mode

goto run then type in msconfig then click safe mode

u should then be able to delete the files
