Hi,

I got this problem :

svchost.exe-Application Error

'The instruction at "0x7ffa4512" referenced memory at "0x81f48b90". The memory could not be "written".
Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program

I dare not click either one as it will have consequences.

Appreciate some guidance on this...what should I do ?

Thank You.

Regards,
William

When do you get the Generic Host problem exactly? What's the cause? Are you surfing the web or it occurs after Windows startup?

Thanks

I did not know when...but, I did a patch for SP3 update. And everything went fine.

Prior to that, when I surfed the internet, this Generic Host message will appear, randomly....and when this happen, my internet stop working, all my other programs stop working.

Thanks.

Rgds,
William
