I believe the Original Poster already tried this.You can go to the Control panel, under Add / Remove programs and remove Outlook from Office.
To completely uninstall Outlook, check this.
What are you trying to do in Outlook? maybe there is a different approach then a re-install of the program.I still get the corrupt data back in the program.
