Good day,

Some users at my work place are having trouble with the Symantec Anti-vrus protection not updating or even do its regular startup scan.

The symantec program is run through a parent server (as you'll see from the attached image) which should pass the update through, however we can not see differences on our server that may have caused to problem to a few networked computers.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Kind regards

This program does not catch up on missed schedules. Therefore schedule updates and scans at a point when the computer is pretty much guaranteed to be on. By default it'll probably want to do an update/scan at 8pm or some obscure hour that's well outside normal usage time.
