Geeks - thanks for taking a minute to review my problem! You guys have been FANTASTIC solving my malware problem, hope you can take a look at this!

My Dell Dimension 4700 with Win XP SP2 will occasionally lock up - doesn't seem to be a common cause I can identify! All I can do is a hard restart to get it going again.

Can you help?

Are you a gamer?, new programs, new hardware, DSL, Cable or dial up?
Think back to when it worked right, did anything change or get added?
Need details.
