Printer is about 2 yrs old and no probs till today. Connected to Dell 4600. Attempted to scan a document from printer to computer. No go. Said I needed to insert disk ???? thought maybe something wrong with drivers or such. Uninstalled printer and reinstalled from HP disk. Going fine but hung up before finished with message........"required section was not found in INF" Any Ideas? Thanks

Hi, I've experienced similar problems with a different model HP AIO printer. I unplugged the printer from the computer and power. Then I completely uninstalled the software, cleared all temporary files, prefetch files, did a disk clean up and restart. Then I installed the printer again and everything went smooth. My problem started because of a paper jam and it has happened a few times since. What a pain! I hope this helps. Colette
