Hi,

I wrote about a week ago with this problem - When I boot up my computer Windows does not load and immediately goes to a blue screen that displays the message:

STOP c0000135 {Unable to Locate Component}

This application has failed to start because USER32.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix the problem.

I get the same message displayed when I try to boot up in Safe Mode. How can I get to a point where I can reinstall the operating system via the Reinstallation disk? (and should I be reinstalling the OS in the first place?)

Thanks

Microsoft addresses the User.dll issue here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/142676

Have you tried a System Restore from Safe Mode?
