Gif Animator Compatible with Vista?

Hello I am currently running Vista on my laptop and my Unlead Gif Animator stopped working. I can view them working in the web browser, but not anywhere else. If I try to post them online the are shown as still frames instead of the animation. I was wondering if anyone has a solution to this, or if they can recommend an animator that does work with Vista.
