Help removing some spyware[CLOSED]

Right now i'm getting some random pop ups, there a blinking yellow triangle in the system tray pretending to be part of windows, and occasionally a fake windows error pops up telling me im not protected etc etc

ran through ad aware, spybot, spydoctor, and avg with no success. heres me logfile:

my pc is also running very slowly with cpu usage at 100% for no apparent reason

We can definitely help you, but first you need to help us. The first step in this process is to apply Service Pack 1a for Windows XP. Without this update, you're wide open to re-infection.
