Hi, I downloaded a theme which is a vista theme for xp and its not working. my OS is windows version 2002 home edition service pack 3. should I upgrade so that the vista theme will work?????????

There is no upgrade from XP 2002. That was all that released.

If I'm not mistaken you have to download and install a patch to make it work. I believe it's called UX Theme Multi Patcher. Google it and see what you get.
