This is so strange.
When I turned on my computer today, the screen display was in low resolution (4bit color mode).
I tried to update the driver but it didn't work.

Every time I point to the file NV4_MINI.SYS I get this message:
There was a problem installing this hardware:
Video Controller
The I/O operation has been aborted because of either a thread exit or an application request.

I tried a system restore and manual driver installation and no luck.

Have you installed the latest Microsoft .NET Framework v3.5 SP1 Update through Windows Update?

Yes, I did.
No luck. When I try to update the driver I can see that the file is being copied, but it stops after couple seconds and I get this error again.
