every time i try to run a game, or even a certain installation (world of warcraft) my computer blue screens

my hardware is
MB: BIOSTAR Group P4M90-M4 Ver:1.0
CPU: P4 3.0 GHz
Graphics: nVIDIA 9500 GT
Memory: 2 Gb
HD: 80 Gb

i was looking at a similar post and found that a WhoCrashed analysis was requested so;

rtkhaud.sys is my audio driver, and while i think it may be part of the problem i cant seem to find a different driver for audio.

not sure if this info helps, but it appears that once the computer crashes i have to give it a decent amount of time before restarting it or it blue screens again
