Hi fellow geekstogo members.

I finally got internet on my dads computer, which I will designate as another addition of computers that I "own" (not really though)

I need some help in identifying some start-up items that i really dont need.

I have enclosed pictures of the start up items below.

My system specs are found at this link. http://reviews.cnet....7-31466283.html

The easiest way to do this is to Google each filename in your msconfig Startup tab so you find out what it does.

NeroCheck and QTTask can go to start with, they are non-essential files taking up precious memory.

AppleSyncNotifier
iTunesHelper
msmsgs (Windows Messenger)
Winzip Quick Pick

These four for sure can also be unticked.
