Greetings,
I am trying to install a program and I keep receiving the message that {program name} not a valid win32. I'm not sure why I am getting this message, but was hoping that someone would be able to assist.
To be proactive in troubleshooting I have done the following already:
1) downloaded ATFCleaner and ran with the "select all" option
2) downloaded and ran the OTSscan.exe
3) have attached the wordpad output from this file and ensured the "wrap text" was not check marked.
Any assistance is much appreciated.

P.S. This computer is very old and likely has a ton of 'junk' files floating around. I suspect that all this is behind the computers extremely sluggish and sometimes erratic behavior.

Best regards,
KT
