Hello, I'm trying to remove some components out of my old HP Pavilion. Specifically the CD and DVD Rom drives. I have unscrewed them on the accessible side but they seem to be attached on the other side (left)as well but there is no way to get to the screws. Am I missing something or is this done on purpose? If someone has any ideas that would great!

That side cover should come off as well. Usually the same way you got the other one off.

Do you have the service manual?
If not a model number and a search at HP should yield one that would verify how to remove it.
