[bugstomp]

This security update is offered repeatedly after showing that it installed successfully. I have gone through all of Microsoft's troubleshooting without success. Trend Micro, AdAware and Windows Defender do not show any infections. I have also been experiencing other odd behavior such as Firefox not launching and running programs not showing in the notification are.
