Okay, so I have been working on my laptop and well I have used Tweak UI to fix my icons. My pc runs great now,one thing is when I boot it up. Everything shows up meaning my Wallpaper, the toolbar everything except my icons? it takes like 5-10 min, then the screen refreshes and the Icons appear. I have found the F-Nimda virus and fixed it. I also, fixed my Xp from the CD.
I have searched the net and well Nothing.. Any ideas? I ran Hijack and here is the log
Thank you

Hello dade1200...

You topic is still open... :)

We don't encourage posting HJT logs in any forum other than the malware forum or unless you are asked for one by a Staff member. Technical issues generally do not require the use of this tool and we have other tools we use to gather information about your system.

Have you had our malware team verify that your machine is infection free? It sounds as though you may still have some unwanted visitors aboard. When one virus is discovered, you can usually bet that there's more that are avoiding detection.

Please go to the Malware Forum and follow the instructions you'll find there.

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- post a hijackthis log in THAT forum. PleaseDo Not reply to or "bump" your own topic. If it shows a reply, it may be overlooked as one that is being worked on.

If you are still having problems after getting a clean bill of health from the malware expert, please return to this thread.
