Hi. I recently installed the software for Zoom Wireless-G (802.11g Wireless Adapter model 4412A) which I downloaded from Zoom's site. When I restarted my laptop, it froze. I was able to make it work again by opening Windows Task Manager and ending the process PRISMSVR.EXE. I immediately uninstalled the software but when I restarted my laptop it became super slow. Many of the applications that I open freezes. Right now, I'm able to surf the net easily with Google Chrome but the other opened applications and my taskbar are not responding. I'm also not able to access the desktop.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
