Dumb Question-Keyboard Dusting or Malware?

I did several searches on this topic and I couldn't find anything.
I keep my system on and my monitor turned off.
This morning, I dusted my super dusty entire keyboard-all of the keys, inbetween the keys, etc.-and, I was not paying attention to how hard I was pressing the keys. When I turned my monitor on, there was a google search result I didn't enter, and several Windows information windows.
Could I have done this just by dusting?
I ran my Kaspersky virus check and nothing came up. Is my system okay? I'm worried about someone having invaded my computer, and now having access to my hard drive. Thank you in advance.
