Recently reattached my CD Burner to my computer. After installing it, I attempted to open it by pressing the eject button. Nothing happened. I restarted and tried again. Nothing happened. I went to my computer and right clicked on D: and ejected. It worked. Pushed eject to try to get the CD in. Nothing happened. All the cables are plugged in correctly, yet I cannot get the drive to eject normally, or read any CD's. Please Help!

Have you tried pushing the button to eject it without Windows loaded?
IE Try pushing eject a few times just after powering the computer on. It may not eject immediately because of the POST test etc but it should do before windows has loaded up fully.
Failing that, boot from a floppy disk then try ejecting the CD tray.
