at the time of open windows explorer an error message occur i.e.

IMO.EXE HAS ENCOUNTERED A PROBLEM AND NEEDS TO CLOSE. WE ARE SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.

IF YOU WERE IN IN THE MIDDLE OF SOMETHING, THE INFORMATION YOU WERE WORKING ON MIGHT BE LOST

PLEASE TELL MICROSOFT ABOUT THIS PROBLEM

this is the error, system runs slow

our antivirus run & show the 4 viruses in system (this report image enclosed) search that files but that files are not shown in my system

I runned malwarebytes anti malware, that log was pasted below
