Can anyone here please give me the best graphics card i can have? and how do i install it or do whatever with it to use it (im a newbie at this)

Hello Brossly and welcome to G2G!

Unfortunately you can't upgrade a graphics card on a laptop. All you can do with a laptop graphics card is keep the driver up to date.

then what can i do so i can fix my laptop's problem?

everytime i enter a fight on WOW, a black screen pops up for 3 seconds and back to WOW again, ... and if im still in the fight then the black screen comes again... if it happens 5 times, the computer will open a blue screen with words on it, saying i should restart...

sometimes the black screen comes when im in a middle of a crowd... :S

i really need help

btw, my brother has the exact same laptop and that doesnt happen to him.

Do you have the latest graphics card drivers installed?

What error does the blue screen give?
