I am going through my "Music" folder on my PC and open a specific folder inside and use the search function " * " on the top left of my window to find all files located in this folder and its subfolders.

However, when it finds my files, it is also finds music filed in subfolders that have been deleted and/or moved to other locations.

When the "moved" files are found, they are pointing to the old directory, not the new one (the new directory isn't located in the folder I'm searching).

With the deleted files, there is nothing in my recycle bin that would continue to link these files.

Why is it finding deleted files and folders when I do a search? :)
