tvmedia not removed by panda active scanner (purchased subscription)

Hi

I followed all the steps in the malware removal guide, malware bytes removed some stuff and panda active scanner removed some more but it couldn`t remove tvmedia. This is not my PC I`m just trying to get it working properly. I have removed bearshare which I know to spread threats. How do I get rid of tvmedia? The computer runs slowly and frequently programs crash.
