I get a window poppin up tellin me that Assert Failed.

Assert Failed \projects\wtkernel\src\win32\cm\core\cmcodemodule.cpp:90m_code handle !=NULL

It comes up when computer is first turned on and then it just pops up every few mins.

I have HP Pavillion runnin Windows XP

It looks like Wild Tangent file.
Usually, games installed on HP computer are controlled by WT.
Some WT files probably got corrupt.
Most likely, eliminating some WT startup (like updater), will get rid of the error.

Download HijackThis:
http://www.trendsecu...ckthis/download
Click on Download HijackThis Installer
Install, and run it.

Click on Open the Misc Tools section button.
Click on Generate StartupList log button.
The list will open in Notepad.
Save it as startup.txt.
Zip the file, and attach it to your next reply.

I went and uninstalled it and the error doesn't pop up any more.
