Today I did a prime95 stress test because I am getting random freezes in Call of Duty 4.
I used large FFTs and 2 threads.

I left the room for 5 minutes and when I returned my Motherboard was at 90°C!!
I turned off prime and the computer.

GPU: 41°C
CPU: 30°C
Mainboard: 36°C
Aux: 34°C
Temps in idle.

2 threads stress test, 2 Minutes
GPU: 41
CPU: 53
Mainboard: 64
Aux: 40

2 threads stress test, 4 Minutes
GPU: 41
CPU: 62
Mainboard: 80
Aux: 47

I got 2 case fans installed. Running stress test with 1 thread (50% resources used) Mainboard is ~62 constantly.
The motherboard is a Gigabyte GA-M61PME-S2.
Nothing is Overclocked.

What can i do about it?
