I have a bunch of seemingly minor problems that seem to be ganging up on my computer and royally messing it up. Please help me to remedy as many of them as simply as possible, I would appreciate it immensely.
The first and most irritating problem is that whenever I play a PC game, it randomly minimizes at random intervals and the desktop pops up. Sometimes it is because of a pop-up ad, which makes sense. However more often than not it is for nothing at all, at least nothing visible. This has only happened in the past week, and never happened with those games before this. The games should run perfectly on my computer that isnt the problem, however something is wrong.
Secondly, whenever I launch Windows some sort of a error message that says "actulice" pops up and that's all it says. I can't find a file by that name, so I can't stop it from popping up every time I turn on my comp. I have to click X every time, which isnt so bad however it has gotten very old and unneccessary after doing it for 2+ months for seemingly no reason at all.
Also whenever I launch Windows, my Taskbar has two unwanted additions to it. "Quick Launch" and "Search Assistant" are always there, and i never initiated their presence. They simply were there one time when I started up, and I get rid of them each time, but they pop right back up again. Windows Media Player also launches at startup for apparently no reason also. I cant find a way to stop either of these things from coming back every time I start up.
Also, pop-ups get thru my pop-up blocker for seemingly no reason. They interfere with games and other programs, and are very annoying. My homepage is also reset to an ad without my consent and i can neither stop that nor permanently fix it because it also reapplies itself every time.
Most of these problems seem to reappear despite my sincerest efforts to exterminate them. Please assist me in putting them down for good. In the words of Bill and Ted, "That would be most excellent." Thank you.

Let us take a closer look at what is running on your PC. We'll need you to use a free diagnostic tool (HiJackThis) and post a log back here with the results.

Click the HijackThis Guide in my signature, download it and follow the instructions in the guide.

Most of what it lists will be harmless or even essential, DO NOT delete or modify anything yet! Someone will be along to tell you what steps to take after you post the contents of the scan results.

Your computer has a number of spyware programs that we need to remove. For more info on spyware see the Spyware Tools link in my signature.

Let's start with a couple of free programs:
CWShredder is the first to run. Here's why: If a CoolWebSearch variant is indeed running on your system, it may actually prevent you from running spyware scans. It is smart enough to detect efforts to detect it, and stop them. Download CWShredder to your desktop or other location. Close all browser windows, double click the CWShredder icon to run, then click the Fix -> button. When finished, reboot and run Spybot Search & Destroy.

Spybot Search & Destroy Download and install. Start Spybot S&D using the "Spybot-S&D (easy mode)" link from your Start menu . Click the Search for updates button, if any are found then click the Download Updates button. After all updates are downloaded, click the Check for problems button. When the scan is complete, place a check next to anything marked in red, then click the Fix selected problems button. You may need to run Spybot S&D multiple times to remove all infections.

Next run Ad-aware.

Using Ad-aware: Open Ad-Aware and use the Check for updates now link. Download and accept the latest reference file. When finished click the Start button. When done scanning, the Abort button will change to Next. Click the Next button. Right-click in the Scanning Results window and click "Select all objects". Then click the "Next" button and confirm that you want to delete the selected entries.

When finished, Reboot your computer. Finally, reply to this post with a new HiJackThis log so we can look for any nasties that may have been missed. <_<

Reboot your PC.

If you would please, rescan with HijackThis and post a fresh log, and let us know how your system's working. <_<

I thought VoiceIP this was legit, but upon further investigation, it's not.

Please go offline, close all browsers and any open Windows, making sure that only HijackThis is open. Scan and when it finishes, put an X in the boxes, only next to these following items, then click fix checked.
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant =
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,CustomizeSearch =
O2 - BHO: VoiceIPObj Class - {00000250-0320-4DD4-BE4F-7566D2314352} - C:\WINDOWS\VoiceIP.dll

Reboot in safe mode (by tapping F8 at startup and select safe mode from the menu).
Be sure you're able to view hidden files, and remove the following files in bold (if found):
C:\WINDOWS\VoiceIP.dll

After that you should be all clear!

How do you prevent spyware from being installed again? We strongly recommend installing SpywareBlaster (it's free for personal use).

Prevent the installation of ActiveX-based spyware, adware, browser hijackers, dialers, and other potentially unwanted pests.
Block spyware/tracking cookies in Internet Explorer and Mozilla/Firefox.
Restrict the actions of potentially dangerous sites in Internet Explorer.
Consumes no system resources.

Download, run, check for updates, download updates, select all, protect against checked. All done. Check for updates every couple of weeks. If you have any errors running the program like a missing file see the link at the bottom of the javacool page.
Link to SpywareBlaster: http://www.geekstogo...tion=show&id=12

It's also very important to keep your system up to date to avoid unnecessary security risks. Click Here to make sure that you have the latest patches for Windows.

It's okay to delete the Hijack This folder if everything is working okay.

After doing all these, your system will be thoroughly protected from future threats. <_<

I am experiencing a new problem. I keep getting an error message ever 30-45 seconds that this file ( O2 - BHO: Browser - {046D6EA4-15E3-4b27-8010-45BD78A9219E} - C:\PROGRA~1\INTERN~3\inetkw.dll ) cannot be found (actually is says, specified module cannot be found). This is incredibly annoying, please help.
Also, i cannot seem to get rid of these two files: ( R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant =
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,CustomizeSearch = ) You said to close all browser windows and stuff, however I have a cable modem so technically my comp is online all the time, even if i'm not "surfing the net" currently. Should I unplug my cable modem to get rid of them? Please assist.

No you dont have to unplug your cable modem. Just make sure no Internet Browsers are open

Reboot in safe mode (by tapping F8 at startup and select safe mode from the menu). Open HJT and fix the entries:

R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant =
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,CustomizeSearch =

Did you save your backups that HJT has made?

If so, then while HJT is open, click on the config button. Then go to back ups and load the O2 - BHO: Browser - {046D6EA4-15E3-4b27-8010-45BD78A9219E} - C:\PROGRA~1\INTERN~3\inetkw.dll
