Thanks to your Malware cleaning guide and the associated downloads I was able to rid my computer of a trojan that had hijacked Internet Explorer (Trojan.vundo I believe). The instructions were so clear I didn't need to contact anyone directly. It only took 30 minutes or so to solve what I feared what was going to be a massive problem.
