FHD Codec missing

Whenever I make videos using Sony Vegas 8 Pro and render it as a .AVI, it doesn't play, it comes up black screen but music works, it then says you are missing the CineForm High Definition video files (CFHD) codec.

I've got K-Lite Mega Pack 4.5, can someone help me. Im using Vista 64bit Home premium.

please someone help me, download link or whatever :) thx
