Virus slowing down computer

Hello,
Recently my computer has been extremely slow and when I ran some virus checks it showed several of them.
I tried using vundofix and one korean antivirus program but had no results
Thanks in advance!

Edit: I found a process named Kva8wr running and I think it may be the problem. Any tips of how to remove it would be appreciated!
