XP won't boot properly

guys i have been over at the malware forum and now they have sent me over here because now my userinit.exe and explorer.exe files have been damaged and my computer wont boot up properly, not even under last known good configuration...what can i do? thanks for your help

the malware forum removed the infections...im asking for your help now to get the comp booting properly...someone please point me in the right direction...if there is already an old topic covering this problem please direct me to it...thanks
