I Installed a program which wasn't a virus and all of a sudden my mouse light went off and I had to shut down my pc. I turned it back on and then both my mouse and keyboard did not work. Once again I restarted my pc. I tried putting it into safe mode still did not fix I also tried running start up repair And it didn't run. I tried to boot my vista reinstall pc but the same thing happend and it didn't boot. I do not know what to do now please help.
