Can someone please take a look at my Windows task manager tasks and tell me if they see anything fishy.

I had AdAware pick up a worm the other day, and it said it healed it, but I just want to be sure. I have run a virus scan using Avast, and I have run two other spyware checkers: Spybot and Spyware Dr. They all come up clean, but something just doesn't feel right in my gut.
