Hi. I was wondering if anyone has heard reports of a virus that gradually cuts the signal from the keyboard of a laptop. Yesterday I noticed that the 2, 4, 0, r, y, u, and Caps Lock keys had stopped working. At first I thought it might have been my cat Moe stepping on the keys and breaking them (hes a rather... substantial cat), but today I discovered that the list now included my Esc, Tab, and Left Control keys, so I am now suspecting a virus. I fiddled around a bit and found the on-screen key board which works fine. This did not confirm either theory, but at least I can type now. I just called my dad to ask him to get a new keyboard and updated anti-virus software, so I will know in about an hour if it affects a USB keyboard. If anyone has any information as to what might be happening, I would be greatly appreciative.

Thanks
