Yes it wont fix them, sorry, but i did not purchase the upgrade. but now i have a very big problem i disabled account ''Administrator''
by right click My computer < Manage < Local users and groups < Users.

i did this because it is not good to run your computer as an administrator because of trojans and such

and now my only user account (Jon) in group (users) has no admin rights so i can't do system restore or access any power properties i cannot change any settings or restore it to a earlier time, i also tried to go into safemode but it came to the welcome screen and my user name did not appear.

any help???

when i try to enable the administrator user it says that the access is denied
i also have tried to even considered formating my C drive or even D and wont even let me do this i have considered reformating all my drives because i have al the info i need off of them and i can easily reinstall the programs, but there is no way for me to format my drives so it is impossible to do such a thing
